Product Feature

This granulator is a traditional high-speed mixing granulator. A variety of main ingredients, excipients, starches, pigments, and binders are put into the barrel for 3 to 5 minutes to be completely mixed. Then add water or alcohol to granulate. Wet granules are ready in just 3-5 minutes.

The mixing uniformity is high, and the proportions can be easily mixed evenly.

The lid is pressurized by an AIR cylinder and has good airtightness.
The compressed air passes through a precision filter to form a protective air chamber, which can effectively prevent the powder from falling into the spindle and the rotating shaft of the cutter during operation, resulting in pollution.
